I think i have officially converted!!! I decided not to bring my lunch to work today cuz i just didn't feel like dealing with it this am, and figured that today could be my overfeed day. But what do you know, when lunch time rolled around instead of going to grab a burger like i had originally planned i hauled myself to the local grocery and got a relatively healthy lunch! The thought of a fast food burger almost made me lose my appetite! That is definitely one for the record books!!!!
The really wild part is that my choice had absolutely nothing to do with weight loss, it was what i truly wanted 8)
