Well had the fitness test and I am very happy with my results. Got 83% overall got my run down to 13:35min for mile and half and even came in the 1 at 9min was able to push out 24 pushups with my wrist being bad and 49 situps in a min. So I am very happy with my results. B bowl of SB cereal banana bowl of butternut squash, eggplant, mushrooms and tom sauce. munched on bagel chips thru out day.
