Good progress, cant believe I am back down to wight pre christmas after just 2 days of following my food plan. Just goes to show i suppose. Gotta keep it going now.
193.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 63.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
