It looks as though I will fail in my attempt to lose 7 pounds in the month of December challenge (unless there is a significant drop tomorrow!). I have been at the same weight for several days and it looks grim. I knew it would be tough to meet this challenge, I have typically not averaged 7 pounds lost per month since I started. I did try, though, and I am proud of that.

As well you should be! Don't set yourself up to fail!!! 7 lbs in a month...whooooo... not an easy task. Let your body finish re-calibrating...and the drop will start again. YOU should be proud...I'm proud of you!!! WHOOO HOOO!!! (oh, and I would take 6 lbs a month/every month...for the life of the party...any day of the week!)

No matter what you lose, you are getting closer to goal and doing great. The bad thing about putting numbers on weight loss is if you don't achieve your goal, you feel bad. You can't predict what your body will do. Your doing great!
