Day 2 of Fat Fhlush Phase 1. Only minor cheats.....had parm cheese, dressing, and tortilla strips with my Chicken Caesar Sald for the past 2 days. However, I followed the rules with everything else. Today I even missed one fruit serving and am not even hungry. Have to keep reminding myself that snacking is not an option. Too bad I keep looking for more recipes....it makes me want to go raid the kitchen and start cooking.......
I am still doing one cup of coffee a day. Need it! Today I had a bad headache/neckache and was hoping it wasn't caffiene withdrawals. Hopefully tomorrow it will feel better.
I have to come up with a healthy dessert option for Dinner at my sister's tomorrow. It will definitely involve fruit, since I can still have some of that on this plan. Thinking homemade ice cream for the masses, and maybe bringing a yogurt cup for myself to mix with the fruit? Hmmmmmm........
