Haven't dieted in about a year and it shows. Requested and got a treadmill for Christmas so I can work out at home. No more excuses. Now to restart my metabolism and get back into the healthy eating and exercise mindset. I need to find some way to keep myself going. I know I can survive the first 2 weeks of the fat flush....I've done it before. I need the quick results to keep me motivated. I am hesitant, but also disgusted with my body, so I will do this. Small steps.....
