It seems wrong to say this but it feels good to be back at work. I'm sitting! No one has wiped their noses on me. No one is whining they're bored. I can't see the donuts, chocolate cake, or the cookies in the cabinet. I think I realized after a week and a half off of work that I actually relax at work. It's the only time I get to sit!
I did start my new years challenges yesterday despite having that time of the month and a mini hangover. So the gain over break was HUGE but I'm pretty sure the next weigh in will be fantastic if I can stay on track. At least I'm motivated after seeing a bigger number on the scale. This year I'm going to get down to 140 or lower. I think 140 is realistic. I say that now.. that's not saying that when I get to 140 I won't want to be 130. :)
