Well, my brother challenged me to lose 40 pounds along side him. I had lost 40, but have put 10 on, so need to get to 50 down to meet his challenge.
259.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 69.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
