Been away for a long time - got a weight watcher scale for Christmas. Going to start Atkins again. Started today.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 December 2012:
1224 kcal Fat: 68.84g | Prot: 93.97g | Carb: 55.92g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg without Fat, spinach, decaffinated coffe, Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets, Kraft shredded mexican cheese, low fat, Sugar Free Hazelnut Powder Coffee Creamer. Lunch: ceasar salad, mussels diablo. Dinner: spiral ham, turkey orzo soup, kraft cheddar cheese, Mt Olive sandwich stuffer bread and butter pickles, , apple. more...
