Eeeh, Again increasing to 76.3. :(...Should i complete eating over 1000 or just having low calories again!

Try to continue eating more than 1200 calories/day. By staying on a very low calorie diet you have put your metabolism in "starvation" mode, so it burns calories very slowly. That's why you stopped losing before on very low calories. It may take a day or two for your system to adjust, but even at 1200-1500 calories, you should lose. Instead of reducing calories, try increasing you exercise/activity level. Don't sit around too much. Also try to incorporate more protein foods, like lean meats, fish, eggs, nonfat milk, low fat cheese, beans, peas (unless you are allergic). Just have a little patience - you will see the weight drop again.

Thanks a lot for your daily support to me :D..ya, i think it was my mistake which is eating 700 or less calories. Recently, i am not feeling hungry anymore! Even if you let me not eating for whole day! It sounds unhealthy. After it, i got constipation for 2 weeks! I went to the dr, and gave me some medicines, and it works with me. I was afraid of gaining weight from medicines. Thankfully, it just increase and decrease between grams only. So, i am in a good point now. My health is getting better, but i sleep a lot because of the medicines. I always exercising. i love to exercise. Today, i am going to do the HIP HOP Workout which is very interesting :D. Also, i started to eat more protein foods to get better and healthy lifestyle :)... I really learned that no matter of being overweight or supper skinny. It is all about being healthy! Today, i tried to motivate myself, so i open old boxes that has old jeans and skirts which not fitting me anymore. Oh God, it fits me now! It is like i lost 10 pounds loool. Even the jeans, it is likely to go down from my body :D. I really felt happy with it. It shows i am doing well.

Don't give up! You will soon start to lose. One thing to remember is that when you do more exercise, you build muscle. That makes you weigh heavier, but you are smaller. Also the extra muscle will make you burn calories faster. I increased my exercise two days ago, and gained a pound, but today I lost a pound, and I'm even smaller. Every time I gain a pound from exercising, I always lose much faster after that.

Today, i ate dinner. Ya, first time in my weight loss plan looool..Even, i am gonna eat some snack. :)
