All right! Bravo! Keep up the good work. A moderate approach is working for you! Now you have enough "sticks" in your fire to keep your metabolism burning, and you don't need to deprive yourself. You don't need an extreme diet to lose weight - just a healthy one.
Do you think the extra proteins helped? I eat very high protein diet, and I have a lot of energy.

Thanks a lot! You helped me a lot Robin!..I think many new things helped me. Last day, i exercised by dancing with 40 mins! Also, i eat more than 1400 cals. I eat new food such as, cheese, white bread, vegetables and fruits. Also, i ate dinner which did not do it in my low calorie diet! This result made me to believe the fact of eating more and losing weight. and no such diet works forever.
Recently, i will keep eating this way. Whatever changes in the scale, i won't believe it again ;). I will just believe my body.
