ranchwoman's Journal, 22 December 2012

It is cold and snowy. I am very proud of myself. I was very honest yesterday about my food intke and even with the dinner party and dessert I stayed under my 1800 calorie count. I was pleasantly surprised when I got on the scale this morning that I had lost a pound since Thursdya. Yahoo. Today I am making some more cookies. Why do I torture myself? Well I have gotten better in serving myn sweet tooth with just one or two. I used to eat 10 or 12. It is my private test. Getting ready to get back on the bike today. Another 30 minutes. Exercise and portion control is the key I am finding.

Good for you to lose this time of year! That is fantastic! Your diet calendar is making me drool. I have never had Yorkshire Pudding but always thought it sounded delicious. Have a great rest of your day. :)

Yorkshire is not the healthiest food to eat on a diet but in moderation. It is a special holiday treat in our family.
