Good morning FS buddies. Another glorious day. Didn't get on the bike yesterday as we went to Billings (1.5 hours each way) but I did well on my calorie intake. Today is dinner at my place with friends and I will try to be good but the dessert is decadent and I love it so... I will try to get on the bike today in between cleaning and cooking. Happy Friday all and a silent prayer for Newtown CT at 9:30 EST.

I read somewhere in the journals or comments that just maintaining over the holidays is a victory and I agree. Its hard to balance healthy eating and all of the get togethers during the holidays.
