help i think i am addicted to my scale! i thought for sure it had been a week since i weighed and went in search of the scale now i relize its only been 3 days don't know why it is so important to me but i just feel like i have to weigh every day!

Your not alone. I'm the same way. If I don't weigh in, it drives me crazy. If I do weigh in and I've not lost, then I go crazy. Either way, I guess I'm crazy. lol

I felt the same... so I started weighing in twice a week. Still a pull to look in the mornings...but I also like the freedom of not being held captive by it. :)
