Well today my body told me to eat and to get some protein. I trust it was in response to my weightlifting :)

As I've said elsewhere I'm only concerned with bringing my midsection measurement down.

Nothing wrong with eating what your body asks you to eat. As long as it's not asking for chocolate and milkshakes. :)
