Pretty good day yesterday although I failed to do a walk or 30 minutes on my bike. At least the pounds are slowly coming off. I am really starting to enjoy water after so many years.

Water is a funny thing. Our bodies need it as much or more than any food, but most of us don't drink nearly enough. When I first started trying to drink more of it, I thought it was awful. Now I can't imagine not having it, kind of like spinach. ;) Congratulations on your weight loss! You are doing fantastic!!
