Oh the dreaded 170 this morning - crept back up .2 pounds just to put it in perspective and point out that while I passed on the pasta last night I failed to say no to the garlic bread... haha - have to keep my sense of humor. Have had a couple of episodes of light headedness in the past week. Not sure if it has to do with stress of holidays or inlaws visiting or change in diet. Nothing worse than light headedness as you're driving down the freeway with your mother-in-law who does not drive....
170.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you have recently changed your diet, that can cause those episodes from irregular blood sugar. It might be good to eat every few hours (smaller meals) throughout the day to keep blood sugar levels even. Some people are more sensitive than others. Make sure your getting enough protein and calories. A low caloric intake can also cause problems in some people. Try not to go below 1200 a day.

Thanks - hoping that's all it is - I definitely don't go below 1200! :) And I have to be careful with my protein and fiber so I know that's ok.
