Local half marathon today - haven't run in 2 weeks but figured to go out and try since I paid anyway - had a good run - feel great now that its over - hopefully this will be the start of a good diet week!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
