Gained more than I thought I might...cookies and sodium...I think that is the problem...I actually feel like I'm in better shape, but the scale tells me different.

Wii fit tells me I'm obese again...215lbs seems to be the threshold.

I'll be better this week. You don't fail unless you quit trying, and I'm not a quitter!!

215.2 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
