First day on my new low GI diet. Hoping I can make this a new way of eating for life but have many people telling me not to become a "nut". Its always so hard when you want to make a change and those around you do not. This is a challenge but one of my bigger challenges will be to quit smoking as well and exercise! I have much work to do.
