Fat: 42.34g | Prot: 84.78g | Carb: 151.16g.   Breakfast:  Ezekeil cinnamon raisin bread - whole grain sprouted , garden of life raw protein shake, bulle nutrition green zone, kerrygold irish butter, zico coconut water. Lunch:  Trader Joes sweet apple sausage, Fage 2% Greek strained plain yogurt, ezekeil cinnamon raisin bread, kerrygold irish butter. Dinner:  brocolli, celery, red pepper, brussels sprouts, chicken . Snacks/Other:  vitatops.
