Breakfast: bulle nutrition green zone, Ezekeil cinnamon raisin bread - whole grain sprouted , garden of life raw protein shake, kerrygold irish butter, zico coconut water. Lunch: ezekeil cinnamon raisin bread, Fage 2% Greek strained plain yogurt, kerrygold irish butter, Trader Joes sweet apple sausage. Dinner: brocolli, brussels sprouts, celery, chicken , red pepper. Snacks/Other: vitatops.
