I weighed myself this morning as opposed to late afternoon as I did yesterday. I always seem to weigh a bit above 4 lbs. in the AM and 107 in evening. I know this is normal so I guess when I weigh 102 lbs. in the AM (consistently) that means I have reached my goal weight.

Still to go: 2.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
