I didn't do a reflection last night...too sleepy. I had an amazing healthy day. I got in some great exercise and ate well. I was also able to exercise my mind a bit by participating in a health and wellness seminar. Today I got an hour walk in before going to work. I have been drowsy all day...don't know why, I had a good night sleep. Today is Halloween and candy abounds...YES I had some but not to the degree I would have in the past. I need to stay focused on losing this weight before the first of the year...NO EXCUSES!!!
