Happy Hump Day - A beautiful, sunny fall day here - so different than the first of this week. Good riddance Sandy!

It is 3 days into the Go Hard or Go Home Challenge and so far my eating is going well. But (confession time) I have fallen behind on my exercise commitment already. I plan to begin today - or like Mom2B likes to remind us - it is never too late to start over!

I have to start over every time the weather changes :( Not good. Nice that you have a pretty day - maybe you can get out for a walk. :)

Buffy- I need to do my exercise first thing in the morning otherwise I wouldn't do a thing (I am just too tired and lazy after I get home from work)- Believe me there are alot of days I just want to lie in bed and veg and I have to do alot of positive self talk(convincing myself) to get going some days but once I have finished "sweating" I feel so much better (mentally and physically)and satisfied that it is done and my day has gotten off to a good start. It really is only 30 minutes and I can waste alot of "30 minutes" in a day;) You can do it girl!!

OOOOhhhh... Newmooney is taunting you to rise and shine and get moving EARLY! She has a point. Back in the day when I was a runner, I did go out early and I hated it until I was back home and the endorphins were rushing in to give me a "high". SO think of it as getting high in the morning. LMAO! Good luck, Buff.... you can do it! Hugs!

Tracy - apparently you do have to remind me! I plan to do my 30 minute walk today and my ab exercises tonight - got to have a flat tummy to wear those size 10's!

Neptune - I do understand. We want to eat different things with the cooler weather - and dreary rainy days call be hell! I assure you I fully intend to get a 30 minute walk in during my lunch today!

Buffy -- I didn't get in my run today -- and I planned to come home and do SOMETHING but here I sit -- so I am telling you this so you'll feel better and tomorrow we'll both feel better if we rise up off out tushies and get some working out done :)
