Cool thing happened; I drove by a Bellagio's Pizza delivery car & instead of a craving for their Very Veggie Pizza, all I felt was a 'yuck' impression of greasy bloating. It's awesome to me how change is not only possible, it happens every day. I love it how concious choices change into preferences and sneak up and give me an "aha!" moment now and then.
I woke this morning wanting to stay in bed, debating 9:30 Zumba, noon Yoga, or reading a book. I got myself in the shower, put on my Zumba clothes, downed a slimfast with a jolt of caffeine added, and had a great time at Zumba. It was good to see my friends there. I don't have good yoga pants or I might be tempted to go to that, too. Can a person become addicted to exercise?
Dinner was a success last night, with plenty of leftovers. My partner woke with a headache, but had to go into work, plans on coming home early. I hope we'll have a good lunch, rest, and then go to the soccer match tonight. We'll need to be bundled up in warm clothes and probably rain gear, but the women have been doing well & we want to be there to support them. I see those of you on the east coast are looking at much worse weather coming in; take care.

Good job pushing yourslef to keep moving - I DID stay in bed this morning with three cats...but it is my day off!

I need to take Sunday off from organized exercising; I've been going 12 days straight, sometimes two classes a day. My body needs a break.
