Ate well yesterday and worked out. Trending back down. Today I am on the road so I can't work out at the gym but I will work out at Home once I get back. More to come later.

Evening Update:

I had an off site visit to Conn. Nice little drive. I listened to the latest Swedish House Mafia album, was so pumped as my suit fit me so loose. It was a great day. I am feeling well and tomorrow is my second GYM workout day.

1) On a Mission - Slowly but surely i will meet my goal. I can feel stronger and better equipped for the long weight loss haul ahead of me.

2) Getting more sleep - Its imperative that I get at least 7 hours of sleep going forward. I think that sleeping enough hours does help in the weight loss.

I sometimes listen to your music recommendations on Spotify...can't say we agree on it, but I can see how it could energize you. Swedish House Mafia is not too bad! I'm trying to stay young and hip, it's a battle :-) Keep me cool, please!

OK - so, I am so UNCOOL I had to check out Swedish House Mafia on YouTube. I just listened to/watched "Save the World" with all the dogs coming to rescue the victims of crimes - love that little Corgi!

LOL....did kettlebell training to swedish house mafia last night, good tracks, but my trainers timings were off. Enjoy the gym!
