Just Working The Plan!

The above is my new motto (stolen from Gigi's journal). Today is day 3 of staying on plan - and having a good feeling about Friday's weigh in.

I am thankful that I have a program that works. I realize as I get closer to my goal I may have to tweak it, but until that time all I have to do is follow the plan. Life is good!

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 October 2012:
1377 kcal Fat: 89.58g | Prot: 97.80g | Carb: 45.03g.   Breakfast: Ground Turkey, brewed coffee, half and half, brewed coffee, half and half. Lunch: Yogurt Blue Cheese, Feta Cheese, Ground Turkey, boiled egg, Dole Salad, Banana pepper, tomato. Dinner: cucumber, Cottage cheese, Hidden Valley Mustard, chicken thigh. Snacks/Other: chicken thigh, Apple, brewed coffee, brewed coffee, Almonds, half and half. more...

Working the plan -- not stolen, glad to give it to you :) I agree about the tweaking -- as you get closer to goal you do have to do some evaluating -- I've never been able to tolerate many carbs and since 20 is about as low as I feel I can go -- I've had to allow some other things to be tweaked -- one I talk about often is NO eating after supper. It was a biggie for me but has made a huge difference for me since starting the Less to Lose challenge.

Gigi - Thank you for the nice gift. Not eating after dinner is a big one for me too. Of course, with you working 2 jobs that may be a lot harder for you.

Bren - If I'm not in 10's for Christmas I'll be in big trouble. I already told DH that he is buying me size 10 jeans for Christmas.

Oh pooh. I usually eat my dark chocolate after dinner. If I do it within 5 minutes it is still considered dinner in my book. :)
