Well yesterday was a bust, I was doing quite well until my nephews talked me into staying for dinner. I was okay with the roast... As that I could at least roughly calculate. But Billy insisted on making a chocolate cake and that I have a piece. I asked for a small slice and he handed me a giant slab.
And it would have been rude not to eat it, and I'm supposed to encourage him as he's just getting into it... (And it was really good).
At least that's my excuse and I'm sticking too it.
Though that said, the tramping up and down haverstock hill should have mitigated that. And I was 600cal below the top end of my target the day before.
My wrist and hand are sore again, but I'm not sure if that's because another gout attack is starting or because I overdid it on Saturday... As this weekend is London Comic Con I'm thinking I should start taking the pills anyway (because they take a few days to be effective) just in case. Because I want to be able to take pictures on Saturday!
