Good morning all! Day two of being back on the wagon. I am starting to feel the cravings already, but I expected that. I am determined to get through the withdrawals and break out into the feeling better part of this again. I have a first date tomorrow night at a great little Italian restraunt that is known for its fabulous bread. Wish me luck on that one! LOL

Welcome back! The bread may be tough to say no to but you can do it as you have shown in the past. Stand strong and you will be glad you did.
Have you looked at the menu to select your dinner yet? It always helps to pick something ahead of time. Italian can be tricky to pick through will all the pasta and risotto, etc. Typical Italian choices that can fit in a LCWOE – Caprese, some stuffed mushroom caps if they don’t top it with breadcrumbs, Antipasto (Italian meats, cheeses & marinated vegetables), Saltimbocca (if it isn’t breaded), Osso Bucco, and usually a nice grilled salmon or fish/scampi.
Hope you have a nice time.

Oh my! Thank you for the menu ideas! I just figured I would be stuck with a salad or some plain grilled chicken at best.
