I got a new digital scale. It measures to the nearest .2 of a lb. I don't think I have really gained any weight. My jeans are significantly looser. I feel like I am doing really well.
188.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
