I am thinking of switching to weight watchers. I lost alot of weight, 26 to be exact, on South Beach but my normally low BP went way up. I did research and you really need more good carbs to keep the Blood Pressure level. I think I will do the points blended with the SB diet plan. I stopped losing because I stopped restricting my diet so much, now I need to find a happy meduim.

Hey Lady... you gotta do what works out best for you and sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right one! If ww sounds like it will work out better for you, then you gotta try it out and see if it is! Keep up the hard work, I'm sure you'll find what is best for you! Losing 26 lbs. is great! Kudos to you for that accomplishment. You have to find out what works for you. I'm thinking about changing to anoter plan too to jump start some weight loss. Good luck! Let us know what you decide.

I think all eating plans have their merits and pitfalls so the only benefit one has over the other is how well it fits your lifestyle. If you think you might find WW "fits" better, go for it! Just like trying on shoes, you have to walk around in them for a while to know if they are the right shoes for you. Best of luck!

I totally agree with what others have said that you've got to do what works for you. You really have done fantastic so far with losing 26lbs so far, so whatever you do I know you will do well. ;o) Wishing you the best of luck though in whatever you choose. :o)

I also agree with the other comments here, find what fits your lifestyle best so you can stick with it. Great accomplishment already losing 26 lbs! your doing great and you know what works best for you.
