OMG my eating today was so bad way out of my cals, need to get back on track.. UGH.. Cant let this win I need to be stronger and more focused.. K well tomorrow is a new start

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 October 2012:

seaside is correct - don't let one bad meal spoil the whole day, and then the whole week - just slow down and plan your next meal to be closer to your goal foods, then the next one will be more easy, and soon you will be all the way back on track - it's a process.
