Day 79: Just lil over 2 months ago I was over 300lbs. I have made alot progress and have met alot of awesome ppl. I feel like my weight loss is slowing way down but so has not exercising. Some how i pulled my back doing nothing so I think I am using that as an excuse to not exercise so as I write this I know now I need to get my butt up and go exercise tonight other wise there will be just more excuses to as to why I cant exercise.

You have done an amazing job! Slowing down is frustrating, I know, but because I received a lot of encouragement from people here, I was able to stick to it and am still on track. A slower loss is healthier for you anyway, so...YAY! :)

You are doing great.. a loss is a loss no matter how slow it is.
If you are anything like me.. I do not exercise I find active activities that I enjoy doing..
I have faith that you will do what you need to do.. take care :D
