performance: gaining 3.5 lb a week
I have had kind of a yo-yo type weight loss/gain over the past 2 years. I range from 148 up to 168, unfortunately, mostly at the higher end, but averaging around 155. I am tired of not fitting into my clothing well and being uncomfortable in my own skin, so here I am, once again, to get back down to at least 145, with a goal of 140. Hopefully I can do this by Christmas....
