Sometimes its good to have a bite of the food you are craving..as long as you can keep it to a little bit. I have a tendency to go crazy and eat a whole bunch and then feel sick.

Oh, that is so eerily weird, bon! I did almost the exact same thing yesterday! LOL, I should do that more OFTEN! I'm so disgusted with myself lately :(

You have far more strength than I. I think I would inhaled... I mean not spit it out. Sometimes when an "urge" hits me, I find a sugar-free Altoid Small (1/2 calorie) helps. Not sure if it's the sweetness or the mint or just having something in my mouth, but it's handy to keep in my purse or on my desk. Anyway, gross or not, good job on the candy!

Sometimes that is all it takes is a little sample of the taste. Good job on spitting it out. Just a thought too bad there was not chocolate flavoured gum... we would all have it made then. :D

I have a great snack for you! Grapes (preferably organic), dipped in dark chocolate (70% or higher cacao), dipped in raw (unfrosted or salted) chopped pecans. Takes care of crunchy, sweet and salty cravings. You will savor every bite and get benefits from the dark chocolate, raw nuts and fruit. :-)
