Busy today, I am doing OK with dieting, tonight I will go out and eat. I am watching my intake. I may send out some writing work in the upcoming week. I will do two vocabulary words tomorrow in the early a.m. when I come in after work. I am giving up diet drinks, I have only a little left in my fridge - I have been drinking teas and stuff without sweeteners and once in a great while a drink with sugar. Thanks all for the advice about the ants from the corn meal to DEET, I have tried the cinnamon for now. Anyway, my neighbor above me has them too and he is calling the landlord to have them spray and I will too. There may be a nest on the roof or something! There are only a few a day - but there were none until this past week. Bruce's sister is dating a guy in the building so I am staying away from her, she is three weeks older than me I know her well enough. I fled Sacramento after getting involved with a woman who supposedly wasn't involved with her boyfriend anymore, and he came after me - I left 36 hours later on a bus back to Los Angeles. Anyway, it is a warm day and I hope to get a query letter for one of my books done this weekend...

Hope your night at work was decent...! I came home from a 4 day weekend last summer and when I entered the house it was like something from the twilight zone in here...The floors were peppered with carpenter ants...most were dead and those that were not - were struggling...they were in light fixtures, on window sills, in cupboards, closets...literally, they took over the house...there were thousands of them...I had Orkin come in the next day and we found a nest in a back corner under the bathroom sink...It REALLY was bizarre...

Though the chart looks a bit ominous, there is only about a 5 pound difference between low and high so I'm sure you will be able to handle that. Keep food out of reach and your trash bins empty and the ants will spread it around that there is nothing to be had at your place. ;-) Women almost always have unfinished relationships (as do men). There is always someone hanging around and if they are not married, there is also always a reason. The point is to get involved and let life knock you around a bit more (lol). As long as she is not married, she is available imho. Have a great weekend buddy!

Yes info there are only a few pounds there. I put some cinnamon down on the floor - my neighbor Debbie's mother had a terrible problem with the carpenter ants and had to get the exterminator the other day. Anyway, the problem isn't bad but the landlord will take care of it in the upcoming week. The woman in Sacramento was married and not yet divorced from her husband and not to the guy who came after me... Hee hee... I can laugh about it now at least...

Hi Glenn, no vocabulary today? I will read your last journals to catch up. Don't let those 5 pounds getting 6 or 7. The faster you take care of them, the better it is. I'm sure you can get rid of them in no time. Might be easier than getting rid of the ants lol!
