Doing well. The weather is hot and summery. I went for a short bike ride today. A hectic day. A neighbor's son is going to Tennessee for ten days I may go to the bus station with them this evening. I have to get to the store, carpenter ants are in my place, and I'm on the sixth floor! Dieting going well, not eating much today, that is always good of course.

Put some corn meal down for them...they like it, take back to the nest but they can't digest it...We DID get some much needed rain today...mostly a light rain on and off...sposed to be sunny and warm tomorrow tho...my day off...!!! NICE! My eating is going very well too...glad yours is as well Glenn....have a good evening...hugggies

Interesting comment about the corn meal and cinnamon. I think I've had some ant problems in the summer a while back, but I just sprayed them both indoors and out with Black Flag, I believe it was, and they went away forever.

Don't have the ants but we are getting the mosquitos now. I'm not overly fond of chemicals, but DEET usually takes care of it. I tend to use Avon's Skin So Soft and have the same result. Use this on the grandkids as they should not use DEET over 30% or so. All the rain we are having is not helping this problem. I have heard of Borax for roaches (yes, good ole Florida) but not corn meal or cinnamon. Makes sense tho. We have a spray company come in monthly so fortunately don't have the problem, but the mosquitos.....well they are awful lately. That's our rainy season for ya. Good luck Glenn.
