Love this twice a week weigh in - Monday and Friday. It increases the motivation because I always have another weigh in just around the corner. Seems I can be accountable to FS but not to myself - go figure!

Today I am thankful for only 18 pounds left to go. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

YAY for the light!! I know what you mean about accountability -- you are a very brave woman to have a scheduled MONDAY weighin -- that would make me have to be very ship-shape all weekend. Happy Friday!!

Yahoo Buffy I think you've found your magic formula! Don't knock it I have always thought that is how Weight Watchers works - you don't want to lose face in front of a room full of people and a set of scales, so you stick to the diet - you stop going and all hell breaks lose - that is why I think even at maintenance I will still need to be a FS buddy :)

Gigi - Thanks for the encouragement. Been doing better on weekends since Operation Weekend Watch but have stuff going on all day Sunday so Monday's weigh in might not be so pretty.

Tracy - Maintenance is harder than losing. I've blown maintenance so many times before it is not funny. This may sound premature but I am hoping that there will be an active maintenance group here. I look forward to being in it with you!

Mom - I'd better re-hid it. My SIL hid hers in the trunk of her car. But even that didn't work very well because she'd sneak out in the middle of the night and raid her stash.
