I'm so irritated I ate lunch out today ordered a chicken ceasar salad without croutons.... they put croutons in and I didn't notice till I ate one (they were very small and looked like small pieces of chicken) and then refilled my diet coke and it wasn't diet and I had a couple of drinks before I realized it wasn't diet! like 4 whole carbs waisted!!!!

I'm going to workout now urgh

That is soooo frustrating when you are doing everything right, and still someone messes up your food counts. Tomorrow will be better! You ar doing fantastic, keep it up!! 3.5 pounds in 3 days is awesome!!

I'm SO sorry Myree! Nothing like be messed with when you're working so hard. You're doing so good though. I bet your body didn't even notice. {{hugs}}

You had no control over that one, its frustrating but it happens,.I had some bugers the a while back from a box (yuck I dont know why I bothered with stuff like that) I was hungry and had one for snack..omg the carbs were crazy..I read everything now before I eat it. :(

The soda would lbe really frustrating since the carbs there are crazy but I wouldn't worry about the crouton. It probably had a negligible amount of carbs. Keep up the great work and don't drive yourself crazy over these sorts of things.
