Today I didn't go to the gym because of appts. I am also way over my RDI today. I did well until I had lunch, and then I took my blood sugar and it was 82 after eating, which is NOT GOOD. So I immediately had a carby snack, and I am going to eat an additional snack later on after dinner. So today my health is more important than my usual 1300 calories. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
