Today I took the FIERCE cardio/strength training class. It kicked my ass! I could pretty much keep up, though. There was one part that required me to do a choreography step, and trust and believe, I was flailing. I do not do choreography AT ALL. I was proud of myself for getting up a half hour earlier and going, though. I certainly worked up a sweat. Tomorrow I have to get a damn oil change, though, which takes 2 hours and effs up my whole schedule. Friday I will run. Probably I will run on Saturday, too. Then Sunday I will take another strength training/cardio class. I am REALLY hoping this mixing it up will get me losing again. However, I can get into this pencil skirt that I bought that I could hardly zip up a month ago. It's still snug, but I am gonna wear it. So that's good. I am so vain when it comes to not buying my size. I should have bought the skirt in a size 12. But am I going to do that? Hell no, I go for the 10. Well at least I can get it zipped now. Another few pounds, or hell, at this point I guess some more muscle, and it will be just right.
