I cannot believe I have finally reached the 20 pound mark. I am so proud of myself. I still have to work on some of my eating habits, but I am confident that over time I will get back to the right way of eating. It is a good day...
170.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
