Feel pretty bad about my amount of fat today. Had an 8 ounce filet mignon...never realized there was so much fat (even trimmed), but o'well, it was delicious, and I am really on a low carb phase right now so I guess it won't kill me.

I also thought steak (trimmed) etc is allowed and good for diets - then I realized the cholestrol and fat count :( oh my ... but hello - we only live once - got to treat ourselves to something nice from time to time !
