Just finished an amazing 3 mile run, love this fall weather!

Lol, it was actually after work for me, I work nights!

Well that makes a difference :) I do the C25K workouts with one of my friends 3 times a week, first thing in the morning. I don't know if it's the starting or stopping, or running first thing in the morning, but it's so much harder than when I go in the evenings.
