I love my new schedule of weighing in twice a week. It is a good motivational tool against cheating because I'm aware that there is always have another weigh in looming just around the corner.

I also love nice round numbers - and this morning I struck gold! I now only have 20 pounds more to lose to hit my goal. Of course, I realize that this is going to be the hardest 20 pounds I've ever lost, but I'm ready to give it all I've got.

Today I am thankful for the light at the end of the tunnel.


Diet Calendar Entry for 21 September 2012:
1219 kcal Fat: 73.77g | Prot: 108.99g | Carb: 27.18g.   Breakfast: Lean turkey burger, brewed coffee, half and half, brewed coffee, half and half. Lunch: Onion, Tomato, cucumber, Chicken breast, Yogurt Feta Dressing, Hard boiled egg, Dole Salad. Dinner: coconut oil, Onion, cabbage, Italian Chicken Sausage, Colby cheese, Salami. Snacks/Other: Lean turkey burger. more...

Isn't it a BEAUTIFUL light?!!! -- I am officially under 10lbs to goal and although it is hard going at this point, I have come SO much farther than I have yet to go so I know it is possible -- just keep swimming :)

Round numbers are fun! So are any number that is lower than the previous number that showed up on the scale. :) I started weighing in twice a week too especially since I noticed I gain over the weekends. The beginning of the week is damage assessment and the end of the week is progress review.

Way to go, Buffy! This OWW is agreeing with you! The last 20 may be the most difficult but you'll be armed with the most knowledge gained from the journey thus far! I have faith in your success!
