Zumba again today, after being away from it for over a week. Class was packed; the instructor added all sorts of new stuff, and was occasionally video-taping us! I had a blast, though I did think about that release I signed so my gym could use my story (& pictures), and the fact that next week is "Active Aging Week". Eeeep! I hope they don't use any images of me being clutzy! Luckily the lighting is low in class, so maybe I wouldn't show up at all...

I ran errands, did laundry, yard work, dishes, and more. The fridge is full of healthy food & I'm too tired to cook. I hope my partner is up for something easy tonight, like breakfast for dinner or a sandwich. Doubt we'll have leftovers, since we had Chicken Enchilada Casserole the last two nights & I had some for lunch today. Maybe a salad with savory tofu, or a sandwich wrap with edamame hummus & goat cheese, tomato, and fresh basil.

Or maybe a banana split made with low-fat Greek frozen yogurt & melted dark chocolate & chopped hazelnuts; just kidding!

Sound's great! I found a place where I live that does Zumba classes! May have to check into it and sign up!

I vote for the breakfast for dinner topped off with some frozen yogurt topped with fruit. Good job on all the work and errands you ran today!
