Finally hit the 50 pound loss mark this morning!

193.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Wow, and double wow! Go find something that weighs 50 pounds and lift it. Carry it around for a few minutes...then realize how you USED TO be doing just exactly that ALL THE TIME! Great job, HCB! Very proud of you!
