Oh Labor Day how much fun you were... I drank some white wine and indulged in some tortilla chips, but other than that stayed on track. The BBQ we went to was serving pork and fish tacos so it made it super easy... just don't eat the shells! There was however a guacamole and salsa bar... so those chips I had were well worth it. Skipped weighing this morning, going to hydrate and get back on the band wagon today. Will step on the scale on Wednesday to see how things are!

Good job! As long as you have the strength, to get back on track, have a good time, enjoy the brief detours into the high carb zone; but let it be just that; a brief detour, and get back on track.
