Every day that I ignored myself, ignored my hurt, or my emotions - I grew more lethargic, lived in lack (of enthusiasm towards life) and certainly more FAT. Every day that I have loved myself, dealt with my issues head on, and surrendered myself to the abundance of life...I grow stronger and happier, and skinnier. When they say it has to be a lifestyle change...they ain't kiddin'!

now if I can only lose those darn dimples in my butt cheeks!!! lol! then I will truly be on my way... I'm nobody special...but I have some very special friends - that have loved me enough to speak the truth, in love and open my eyes to a life worth living!

Yes - I am thinking of investing in a new pair of trainers. Let me know how you all get on and then I'l decide! Way to go Paula, if you think ME ME ME , everybody else benefits.

Nice blog Paula :) I use the Sketchers tone ups. They are flip flops, that is all I wear in Hawaii :) Except at work of course and then it is Dansko all the way..
