Up Up Up! I jinxed myself trash talking Erika. Up 1 lb today to 210.4.

Honestly I have no explanation. Yesterday was healthy foods, not far from my RDI. I do feel bloated, maybe its my TOM. lol

Today is my 19th Wedding Anniversary! I got my re-sized wedding ring back and am wearing it! Jess was making me feel guilty, but I did not want it falling off and losing it!

I have been studying US History 1, which is Columbus to Civil War pretty much. Yesterday it seemed a challenge, but I have been living in books and studying my butt off. Now I am ready for this test.

Plus this weekend should be fun filled, its is my bday, and a holiday. I do want to let go a bit on my bday and have some beers, but other than that, I want to ride my bike, a lot! lol I have romanticized the idea of a hotel or something with the wife, but it is too expensive now. Or a short vacation somewhere, but we have to keep our eye on the prize.
